It's obviously not as wildly popular as it claims to be, but I'd be interested in hearing opinions (NOT because I want to do it instead of Tae Bo).. I just find it funny how they have similar moves (from what I can see) and the person who is the 'teacher' is similar to in many ways (not to mention the obvious) but he's a black belt and the website just constantly compares themselves to Tae Bo saying they are better and much cheaper... I was pretty much an insomniac back then. But, anyway, I had to admit I was curious too. I had purchased my Tae Bo tapes about 15 months earlier and had tried them but put them back on the shelf. But, anyway, I was familiar with Tae Bo and wanted to know who this Lawrence guy was and about his workouts. It seemed a lot like Tae Bo and CHEAPER. Well, anyway, I went to the collage web page and videofitness webpage and posted questions on the forums. I didn't get a whole heck of a lot of responses. But, mostly what I heard was that it was an okay workout but BORING, BORING, BORING!!! And, that Tae Bo was 10,000 times better!! One lady even offered to give me her tapes if I would pay for shipping!! LOL Good thing I never bothered, because I can guarantee you now, they would be sitting on my shelf somewhere. I am a Tae Bo addict and wouldn't give it up for the world!! Jen Who thanks God everyday that she finally dusted off her Tae Bo tapes 6 months ago and gave them a try again. The Tai Fit guy tries to ride on 's coattails alot. I've only seen the infomercial once, but came across a website while surfing for something else today.
