O.K.. I know that this is not the most serious thing that we all go

through but I need advise on what kind of water you all believe that we

are supposed to be drinking that is the best for us. I have a filter

in my refrigerator that is connected to the water that you get out of

the door of the frig. That is what I have been drinking. BUT is that

enough of a filter? Should I be buying water? If so....what

kind?...distilled, drinking, artesian? I'm confused. Thanks for any

help with this. Tricia

hon, filtered water through your fridge is just fine,, we just dont want you to drink the city water that has so much aresnic, flouride which is hard on the liver plus who knows what else.. Filtered water is fine.. and if you choose to buy water, make sure you check the label to make sure it isnt simply bottled 'city water',,,

if you can put in a reverse osmosis system in your home, it would be the best for your entire family for sure,, but just make sure that you change your filter in your fridge water system often,, you'll be drinking LOTS of water,, lol,,

O.K...Thanks Jackie. I'll just keep doing what I am doing. My

refrigerator has a warning light when you need to change the filter and

I always do that. Thanks for the answer. Tricia

I had a filter on the fridge and that is the water I drank. Just make

sure that you change the filter every 3 months and you are all good.

Thanks Janet. Whew...one less thing to worry about. Yes, I am a card

carrying member of the Worriers Club! I am positive about my treatment

though. It's just when I didn't clear at 4 weeks like they wanted me

to I, of course, started thinking of what I could do better for

myself. Tricia

Tricia, time to tear up that Worriers Club card and subscribe to the

Warriors Club card hon. You are a rootin' tootin' genuine member of the

Dragon Slayers Brigade. I'm sure of that!
