Guest guest
Hi Senator Boxer and Friends: This is the first in a series of essays that comprises the bulk of my war plans to eradicate Meth from California and the world. Copyright 2005...Tim Carney Study objectives, to find the frequencies of LASER radiation needed to tag the emissions of speed lab pollutions. For the intelligence to be acquired, Convicted meth lab experts are compelled to disclose their methods, and formulas, to produce sample lab fumes for the analysis of " cooking " fume chemistry. Assays of spectroscopic data recorded in the work. Common chemicals like ether and phosphorus being good starting markers to tag meth lab fumes. The results of above studies will determine the molecules we are hunting for. The appropriate laser wavelengths and powers necessary are determined from this data. The common essential chemicals emitted from the cooking process are evaluated for the spectrum signatures of molecules to be found by the LADAR method. This data will determine the needed frequencies of the scanning lasers to sense the fumes, and give measurable feedback that can detected as a " code three " event to be monitored by the command centers participating in the War on Meth. When the compounds of lab emissions are known, the frequencies of lasers needed to excite them to fluoresces can be easily calculated. I have engineer friends in the aerospace industry who can make this so. A LADAR system can be easily designed to graphically chart the whole plume of speed pollution, and indicate the source thereof. Sensors strategically placed on power lines in areas of high speed production, can input alarm info when they smell meth fumes. Weather data IE: breeze direction as reported from sensors, would point to the area in question. --------------------------------------------------------------- Example response to sensor alarm: A sensor at Latitude XX.XX Longitude XX.xx alarms positive to speed fumes. The detected wind or breeze, from sensor info, is flowing from the North. Airborne units are sent to the area of the sensors local and they apply the LADAR beams as they go to the North of the sensor that alarmed. The source of speed fumes, can be nailed in minuets, with GPS coordinates, once these systems have been activated, and airborne verified or satellite data is transmitted to the command center. The LADAR equipment can be operated from helicopters, or better yet from satellites that are designed for weather or reconnaissance tasks, with added sensor systems. Within minuets of fume production, the law enforcement community can have a team of special forces flying to the site of production. ------------------------------------------------------------- I hope this is a starting glimpse of my war plan, witch I can elaborate even further upon, and expand, with the help of some professionals that we could recruit for this task.
