Regarding Smart Water, I tried it, but I think the mineral content is very low, so do your homework and compare it to the others. Is Smart Water from TJ's also, or the grocery store? I've always avoided Gatorade because I didn't want the sodium or calories...and I'm very interested in the description you gave Smart Water!
