well yes, I did know that, but even some of the convicts of England were prosecuted and sent after being wrongfully prosecuted....lll so you at least have english blood in ya and who knows what else.. but I DO LOVE the term, "Aussie"..lol

also known as Black Irish.. :) You are French-Canadian?

French-canadian and Black Irish. Is that southern or northern and do we get along?

I read a book about how Australia came about.

There was one account of a man who was imprisoned because he

stole some bread to feed his family. I was like OOOOOOOOOO

that pisses me off. They had a hard time in the beginning but heck

it is one of the most beautiful countries in the world.

the book I read had a heroine in there , her name was and she was accused of stealing something, can't remember and was given LIFE in prison and then they shipped her to AU,, she was all of 15 years old,,
