Guest guest Posted May 15, 2005 Report Share Posted May 15, 2005 Hi, gang: called me earlier this afternoon from the Best Western - she's feeling kinda down about everything. First, she has lots of pain - I think Dee told her that it was probably from the gas required in the abdomen in the lap procedure. Plus, yesterday she had a bad upchucking episode, after taking big gulps of Pepto-Bismol with her pain meds. She is already talking about wanting a reversal. I told her that in a month or so, she will feel completely different and be very thankful that she had the DS. I gave her the best pep talk that I could, but I think if others talked to her (especially if they had any similar experiences), it would really help.
