<< i guess for me ive never been into the calorie counting >>

I've never been one to count calories either. I am completely " calorie

ignorant " . Today, I started looking at the labels on the foods I eat to

check the calorie count. This is not something I plan to do forever, I just

want to get an idea of how many calories I'm eating in a day. I will do this

a few days and see if I'm eating too much. I am also writing down what I eat

and that helps me to think before I eat, and ask myself if I'm truly hungry.

Just to clarify something I said earlier, didn't push me to count

calories, or even suggest I do it long term. Her advice to me was right on

target, and just what I needed to hear. I haven't lost any weight/inches in

several months (but I haven't gained either) so I need to take a look at my

food choices and make some changes. I think checking calories for a few days

and journaling is the best way for me to do that.

Melinda - i agree that you should seriously consider dropping the job. it

seems very stressful for you and if you are coming home with aching

feet/back/etc, it will do nothing for your sense of well-being and health.

you should be able to start your workout routine and then find another part

time job fairly easily, and by doing it this way you will be taking care of

yourself and not going every day to a job that you dont like and that makes

you physically sore!

Elena - today i felt much better, and i even added the 8min workout to my

studio basic! im a bit sore, but i made it through today easier than

yesterday. maybe im feeling the effects of the fasting, but physically i

don't feel *bad* or *weak* at all - the weakness has pretty much gone away

since i've been eating regularly again. back on track!

Jenn- hope you feel better soon! the flu is not fun to have, and you should

really take it easy!!

I think i will be joining you all tomorrow in the floorwork challenge - alls

i have is t he studio tapes so ill be just adding the floorwork from the

advanced to my regular basic!

rachel

who feels much better today!

Thanks ! We're all perfect examples that we can do anything

once we put our mind to it. Our determination is what pushes us.

video...yet another Tae-Bo video we'll have to buy! It's neat to

hear 's friends and family talk about him and to hear talk

about his life :) I just hope it doesn't take forever to be

released...LOL!
