Does the scale info give you a definition of professional athelte or body

builder? Or an example of body fat percentage? Using two different BMI

methods on the interent I'm anywhere from 17-21% and I haven't worked out in

2 years. Normally, when I workout consistently, I'm at about 15%. I played

competitive soccer and competed in gymnastics growing up and after that I

lifted weights and worked out until recently, so my body fat has always been

towards the lower end.

My boyfriend is a bodybuilder and he often would get incorrect results from

some of the free methods at our gym, so he finally quit trying them...sure

can mess with your head <G>.

I used to be a scale addict so I'm not quite sure the Tanita is a good

choice for me anyway, so I want to be sure to research the technique ahead

of time. Thanks for all your info and help with this.

Colleen, who's goal next year is to get back to 15% body fat
