Yes, I second that, welcome all the newcomers, this is the best place

to get motivational help with taebo...

I second that!! Everyone here is so supportive and such an inspiration. I

don't know if I would have stuck with Tae Bo for nearly 10 months without

this list. Without all of you, I might have never actually been able to

" get " what Tae Bo is about. Thanks to and this list, I now have a

workout that I love and it has actually become part of my life.

I am most certainly going to have to agree that is the greatest place

on the web I believe that I would have strayed from Tae-Bo months

and months ago if it weren't for this list to keep me kicking away..
