Dairy Cow Share Agreement

ORIGINAL

1. I ____________________________ hereby purchase ________

Ownership Share in the Jersey cow described as ( legal long name of

cow ) breed pedigree # 00000000 each share being valued at $40,

from ( farmer'sname) .

2. As of Monday March 7th 2005 the total combined value of the

cow is set as equal to the value of 20 Ownership Shares. Among

other rights of the personal property interest in the cow, each Share

entitles its owner to a proportional amount of all fresh whole milk

produced by this cow, divided between Shareholders, at the

discretion of the farmer, namely ( farmer'sname ).

3. I agree to pay ( farmer'sname ) a weekly boarding and

maintenance fee of $ 12 per share, as compensation for (

farmer'sname ) undertaking to care for the cow in every way,

including feeding, maintaining and milking her, on a daily basis.

This fee may be changed from time to time to reflect changes in

boarding and maintenance costs.

4. All manure and produce other than the milk produced by this

cow, as well as calves born of her, belong exclusively to (

farmer'sname) as further and other compensation for boarding and

caring for her.

5. ( Farmer'sname ) reserves the right to refund the price of

an Ownership Share to the purchaser at any time, and to take back

that share. A shareholder may at any time request in writing a

refund of the purchase price of the Ownership Share, returned in

full, without interest, within thirty days of such Notice.

6. The purchaser appreciates that, in the general case, there

is a scientific debate about the possibility of disease being

communicated within whole fresh raw cow's milk and with this

understanding, the Shareholder agrees to accept all of any of such

risk, saving ( farmer'sname ) blameless and harmless for damages

for any untoward affects of the raw milk dividend out of the dairy

cow which is the subject of this Agreement.

7. I _______________________________ have read this agreement

and I understand it.

payment for share out of

20 equal shares in the abovementioned cow maintained by the

boarder, namely (farmer'sname) .
