Can the government prevent him from getting a patent? Has anyone else

tried to patent a Rife device? How will this effect availability?

published until November of 2005. Therefore, we have no way of knowing

whether or not he has elected to publish or not publish his patent

applications. That being said, he may opt out of the 18 month

publication if he believes that the claims may be rejected by the

patent office and he would still want to retain his invention as a

trade secret, or he may wish to avoid giving the world a heads up on

his invention if he believes the time period of prosecution in the

patent office will be lengthy (sometimes it takes several years), which

would give his competition a long period of time in which to use the

invention before it is patented.
