Guest guest
So glad for you Rob I am 3a and went to a neg viral load by week 5 I have been on Tx for 17 weeks and was originally told 6 months that went to 7 months and now I just got the report from Mayo that they plan to keep me on Tx until my liver fails and I need a transplant. Does this make even 1 iota of sense????????????? They obviously don't think I will attain SVR but to not even give it a chance??? I am so disgusted. This was supposed to ADD more years before transplant. Gads I wish I went alternative! I JUST KNEW I could not trust these sons of a bitches Oh I am so mad!!!!! > > Hi everyone, > > It has been a long time since I have been in touch but I am very happy > (and grateful) that my Interferon and Ribavirin treatment has > completely removed HCV from my body. Guest guest
THank you for your support. Prior to my starting treatment I volunteered for a acupuncture trial at my university. I did not know it at the time but I was in the group getting the actual treatment and during that six months my vital hep stats did come down. Mind you, I was also alcohol free and on a hep recovery diet but in my case I think that this alternate therapy helped me. Cheers, Rob Sydney Australia
