Hi ,

When I said I felt very nauseous, this was of course a herx reaction.

People should always get instructions before doing any of this, and

as little as 15 minutes per day is usually recommended for the first

week or so. I've never had a problem using it for several hours, but

each person is different.

I don't like the term Zapper, since too many people apply this to the

BE which isn't even similar to the Hulda Zapper. Difficult to

know which one they are using.

Reading further it appears you are using the Beck BE.

You may want to use the proper term, blood electrifier (or BE) if

this is the case. The fourth part of this (Bob Beck) protocol is use

of the water ozonator.
