> Caroline, it will be 2 years in April for me and taebo! I have

dropped one clothes size, but I was in pretty good shape when I

started (before taebo I did cardio machines for 45 minutes 6 days a

week). Taebo has made me stronger and given me better definition in

my body. It's also given me confidence. I never would have believed

that I could move my body the way I do. I always thought of myself

as uncoordinated. I don't any more.

Wow, what a confidence booster, Elena!!! It's amazing how Tae-Bo

eliminates our self-doubt. Good for you!

point?

...NO... any bread will not help. In fact most breads can

give you more of a problem (the gluten and yeast). The bread Marta

eats and has great success with is an Ezeikel bread (also known as a

Sprouted grain bread or Flourless bread) She prefers the Trader

Joe's brand. This bread will give you the Fiber you need, without

the Gas or diarrhea. If your wanting to add a bread back into your

diet this is the only bread I would recommend in the beginning.

Going potty 9 times a day is well within the NORM for an early post-

op. But that doesn't mean your rear end appreciates Norm! lol.

Keep hanging in there...it is getting better.

Honestly, I think you just have to tough this part of it out. Nothing

worked for my diarrhea until at least six months, I think it was. It

takes time for the bowel to readjust. For sure you should avoid any

white flour and fat. Both will make diarrhea worse.
