Guest guest
Hi , LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes - those tiny plastic lights) are available in various colors. The red ones produce light which is in waves that measure 660nm (nanometer). The near infrared ones are rated at 880nm (some people call these infrared, but this is incorrect). These are by far the most common colors of LEDs used for healing (pain, injuries, infections [red only], etc.). Infrared LEDs start at about 910nm and are also used for healing, but not so common. Guest guest
Hi, Bil, How do you electrically set it up so that you can use it?
