I am confused...there is a body fat calculator that gave me a fit (it said I had 43.34% fat...like half of me is fat, eegads!) and then I did the one called body mass index and it said 26.4%

Now when I have been measured in a gym, depending on my condition, it has ranged from 22% to 28%...I always thought they were measuring body fat but it must have been body mass?????

So which one am I supposed to be concerned about. Well obviously, I can't carry half my weight in fat, but this is confusing me...
