Guest guest
I actually ran a 10k which was amazing for me! It was so much fun! And also I although I haven't lost any significant weight (only about 5 pounds since joining the group) I dropped from a size 14 jeans to a size 10! I get compliments all of the time about how good I look from people at work. Congratulation on your 10k Jen! That is awesome that you have lost all of those sizes! Keep up the great work! It is nice to hear from you again! Good luck with your 21 DC! Keep us posted on how you do!
Guest guest
Jenn, Congrats on the size loss! Also...WOW! on the 10K. Where did you run? Austin, TX where I just moved from has a great 10K every year in April. The scenery is so great you almost forget you are running. Good luck on your new 21 dc. Just don't burn yourself out!!!! << Hi Everyone! Boy have I been an email slacker lately and a taebo slacker as well. There were about 1000 messages sitting in my mail box today so I thought I'd go through some of them. Needless to say I deleted more than I read. As I read about some of you accomplishments though I started thinking about my own. I actually ran a 10k which was amazing for me! It was so much fun! And also I although I haven't lost any significant weight (only about 5 pounds since joining the group) I dropped from a size 14 jeans to a size 10! I get compliments all of the time about how good I look from people at work. I have decided to make another try at a 21 day challenge and I'm on Day 3. I just stopped getting new tapes since I just realized how much money I was spending on them and that the last 2 aren't even opened yet. I want to congratulate everyone one on all of their hard work this year and for keeping me motivated! I am glad I joined this group 11 months ago! Keep up the great work!
