I am so very happy to hear that you are making

positive steps and plans in gaining control of your

life again. Joining other groups will give you new

friends that you can be with, and you won't feel so

alone any longer. I think the al-anon idea is a great

idea -I think that the " one day at a time " attitude is

something that all of us with daily pain have to learn

to live by. Remember, we are always here for you -

AnneMarie, I have a gut feeling, you are on the road to taking control of your

life, sooner than you may think. I admire you greatly for the steps you are

taking . Just remember, you have all of us cheering you on.
