Guest guest
I just finished my first Tae-Bo workout in weeks!! I decided to do AL6 because it's my favorite tape! Wow! What a workout!! It felt great to be Tae-Boing again!! A few weeks ago, I figured out why I was getting so tripped up on the moves at the WTC. If you notice in the tapes, usually starts moves on the left side. When I do the videos at home, I mirror him. So at the WTC, I was expecting everything to start on the right side, like I was used to doing at home. I ended up getting confused because I wasn't expecting to start on the left. Well, I decided that I would do the moves on the opposite side of what I see on the TV. I tried it for the first time the day my VCR broke and I only got about 5 minutes into the tape before the VCR ate it. So, when I did AL6 today, when said to go to the left, I went to the left. At first it was ! confusing to do everything opposite way, but I got the hang of it! I am hoping that by doing the tapes this way, I won't get as confused the next time I am at the WTC.
