can you guys tell me how you feel youve gained weight and how far out

you were? is this the rebound weight everyone talks about or have your

eating habits changed.

im still losing. i have lost 5 pounds in the last month. im 4 pounds

from my goal which is awesome. im told to lose no more but i just want

that cushion in case i rebound a few.

any feedback would be great
