Guest guest Posted May 22, 2005 Report Share Posted May 22, 2005 I had to run to my parents across the country and forgot to take a container of raw milk yogurt off of the 100 o F yogurt incubator. I returned 5+ days later and the yogurt UNDERNEATH the top " skin " was very good food. I believe this amazing food was probably a food source for our ancestors for thousands of years before refrigeration.
