Great minds must think alike. Just this morning as I was doing the

Advanced, I was thinking the exact same thing!! I was

thinking I'd probably have a hard time catching on at the WTC because

I always start out on the opposite side as the one does when I

work out a home!! LOL I'll have to give your suggestion a try and

start it out on the opposite side!

Who is very glad 's got a working VCR again! :)

Whoooooooooo Hooooooooo :)!!!!! I've always done the

tapes so I'm doing whatever side he says. It tripped

me up at the tapings last year (as you can see in

BL10). I was so use to doing opposite of what was on

the TV, that my brain was automatically thinking that.

There are some exceptions, like the combo at the

beginning of " Stomp " in BL7 and the leg lift thingie

in AL6 and floor work.

Sandie, Tae and Bo :)!!!! who would probably be beyond

confused if she tried to mirror

That was the hardest part for me when I started TaeBo. The aerobic tapes

I've done in the past and at gyms, all have you " mimic " them. When they say

left, you are doing your left, but they are doing the right. So when I put

the first Taebo tape in, I felt completely uncoordinated.

LOL!!!! I had the same problem when I started Tae Bo. Now that I've

finally gotten and his methods all figured out and ingrained in

my brain, every time I do a step tape I end up tripping over my own

two feets because I'm doing everything backwards!! :-) LOL Well, as

long as I'm moving, huh? :-) LOL

Jen

Who really is going to go Tae Bo when she's done reading these! ;-)
