Hi,

I have recently been made aware that Forrest of Jaguar

Enterprises is in jail. I was at first unsure if releasing this

information to the lists would help or harm him. However, as Dick

Loyd has now released the story on his Rife-List, I will do the same

here with my info.

Here is a message Forrest has smuggled out of jail:

I was sent bits and pieces of emails from and to various

different people, but this is one of the bits:

" This is Forrest. The law has caught up with me but you

can help me prove that Beck electrotherapy is effective against

infectious diseases so that i can do less time in prison. Please

send me copies of those PCR tests and any other supportive

scientific evidence. Also I'd like the cassette tape and/or

transcript of Beck's old lecture where in he says that it's legal

to make/sell these devices as long as its said they are for

research purposes. I want that to show i got into the business

with innocent intent. You can send everything to my lawyer:

I had asked my lawyer to send you the same message (but without

the cassette request) but he is a lazy public defender (I have no

money for a real lawyer) and may not even do it. This e-mail

owner is the friend of a fellow inmate. Thank you and God bless. "

No one has asked me not to circulate this, so I think I'm OK

sending it out.

This may be an opportunity for us as a community to stand up to

Big Pharma.

They may have billions of dollars, but we have truth and justice

on our side.

If any of you have sucessfully used the Beck protocol, whether

Jaguar products or not, please consider sending a letter of

support to or his lawyer.

If you write him and would like a reply, please send a self-addressed

envelope with stamp and paper. Also, one of the ladies that wrote him

said:

If anyone wants to send him any books they have to be new books and

sent from a bookstore. There was a package containing books and a

package containing cassette tapes from two clients of his that had to

be returned to them because the stuff was not from a bookstore. The

only thing he can receive directly from people are letters, cards, &

pictures.

I wrote last week and received a reply today. Here is most of

his reply:

Hi ! Thanks so much for your encouraging letter and testimony.

Please encourage others in the Beck Yahoo group to do the same. . You

don't know how much your letter meant to me. It would of just been

the worst to of not gotten any support from people after working hard

for 8 years (and not having any $ to show for it) and risking my life

thoroughly testing everything . and now winding up in prison. But God

is good and so are many people. . I will probably have to do 3 years

for " fraud " unless I can convince a jury that I had no intent to

deceive anyone. But the way the law is may be that selling anything

unapproved is fraud. I need to talk to my public defender about it

but these court appointed defenders have such a heavy workload that

it's hard to get them to sit down and talk. I'd really like to beat

that charge though since without it my time would reduce to 1 year

and I wouldn't have to pay fines and restitution once I got out and

start working. We'll see. . Meanwhile I have to daily renew my mind

and not dwell in the past or future and stay focused on the eternal

present moment. And with a little help from my friends I know I can

do that.

It's a crazy world we live in where what's best for us is rejected on

the grand scale but is still within the grasp of individuals intent

on obtaining what they need, even if they have to make it themselves

(which is what I had done). Sometimes it's impossible for

civilization to advance together as a whole which but leaves it up to

individuals to advance by themselves. I like associating myself with

these types of individuals, like you. Thanks a million for writing,

and I look forward to hearing more from you.

Jim Bare added the following comments:

Forrest ran into some trouble with the FTC a few years. He

signed a consent agreement ( which is on the FTC web site) and moved

to Costa Rica.

He continued to sell devices to customers via the Internet. If he

moved back to the US, it may be possible that even though he was

doing business out of the US, he could have violated his agreement.

Thus opening him to criminal prosecution.

Through a personal exchange of Emails I had with him recently (before

he went to jail), I know he is very short of cash.

This is a time when it would be good to make a donation in order to

help pay for his better legal representation. I therefore offer the
