What is the best ting to do?

I had some blood work done and the nurse called and said they want me to do a

follow up appointment so they can refer me to a rhuemetologist. I am sure they

will have to do more bloodwork as well to confirm things. We are in the process

of moving to another state so I can't get into a doctor until about mid Jan.

What is the best thing I can do for pain and swelling until then. I have some

good days and some days where I want to drive off a cliff. This is all new to

me. I had a baby in Sep. and my pain and swelling started a couple of weeks

after. I am also breastfeeding so that limits things as well. Any help would

be appreciated. I am so new to all this and don't know what to think. I am

really depressed because there are some days I can't even take care of my kids.

I am only 36, have 7 kids and don't feel like there is any hope.

See if your primary can prescribe something for pain and maybe prednisone

for swelling on a temp basis.

There is always hope- I didnt think there was and then I found my miracle

doctor. Hang in there.
