Why hasn't anyone used 1,604,000 hz?

The Rife Ray #4 in 1934 machine used a frequency discovered by

Hoyland of 1,604,000hz and was reported to be the main cancer

frequency used at the Scripps Ranch.

I was wondering if anyone recently has tried this frequency and wot

happened?
