Congrats Sherry! That is awesome news :) We reall rely too much on the scale (I know I am prone to that), but inches are what's important! Great job! Congrats on your inches lost..Now, pick up that darned scale, yep pick it

up...open the nearest window..thats right..I'm watching you..Open that window

and toss that scale right out...The scale is a liar..and not a good

guide..take it from me..I am an ex-anexoric that was totally ruled by a

scale..I think I wore permanent feet prints on the stupid thing getting on

and off...My life is sooo much better since therapy and getting rid of the

scale..Now I strictly go by how my cloths feel and occassionally take

measurements..but thats it..Keep up the good work your on the right

track...Overall health is more then just that needle on the scale..
