Guest guest
Sorry that I'm jumping into this thread so late, but I do my butter from cream straight out of the fridge. It goes into the blender, whips up into whipped cream, but I have to either add some milk to it to break the cream or just keep bumping and rocking it to get the air bubble out from around the blades. It probably takes about 10 minutes for me. If anything, the heat from the blender helps heat it up from the fridge. I skim some of the cream off my milk when it comes to the surface, and then when I get about 3 cups of cream, I put in on the counter for about 6-10 hrs. to let it warm up, then I throw it in the blender and voila...butter!! But this time, voila!! No butter! Not sure what I did differently. Anyway, thanks and let me know if you can help more!! Rose Marie
