Guest guest
Barb who wonders why they cannot just televise one of the classes from the WTC each day LOL, when I was at the world training center someone commented on the speed of the workouts to Judy (think that was her name, she is 's assistant and is in some of the videos). She said, "Could you imagine if he did this on the videos? He'd kill half of America!" That may be why they don't broadcast from the WTC
Guest guest
Happy Anniversary !!!!! Sandie, Tae and Bo !!!!! TBTV Advanced 15 Hi Gang,Is it me or is TBTV Advanced killer??? Holy Cow, I have only done that workout three times and it KILLS me everytime. The first time I tried it, I thought it was me and was ready to scream at the top of my lungs. Anyway, I was gutsy yesterday and tried 'er again and it just amazes me at how difficult it is... In my opinion, I think it's the hardest cardio out there. Are there ones that are harder???Can you believe that Wednesday is tomorrow already AL5 Challengers?? I got the Abs & Glutes tape over the week-end and I really do like it. However, I never have sore abs the next day after a good floorworkout, I wonder why... My abs are killing me while I'm working out, but never sore the next day. Maybe I'm not pushing myself hard enough? Answers anybody????? :)Darcy - who's wedding anniversay is today and feels much better than I did from two years ago when married - all thanks to the man who created Tae-Bo ;)As Deb has said: "Fitness is a journey and it begins with the first step.""This isn't about weight loss, it's about enlightenment" -Visit our new vault site http://taeboon.isportsdot.com/
Guest guest
Yup, that's Judy. She's such a sweetie. I didn't get to talk her too much last trip. She's like Trevor, in the background, but visible. I think the only time I really saw her was during our Training session. I agree. I tell everyone who thinks the tapes are too fast, to try EVERYTHING in double time, but feels like quadrupple time to Alvin and the Chipmunks. Sandie, Tae and Bo !!!!! You can modify, get water, walk off, whatever. Plus, it's nowhere near as hot as it is under the camera lights. I bet your nerves took a tool on you at QVC because of the interview, too. Guest guest
Darcy, I guess we're all different as to when we feel soreness from a workout. I usually REALLY feel it 24 hours later. I do feel some pain during the workout but I find that stretching helps it a lot. Maybe you need to pause the tape in between moves and stretch for a minute. Happy Anniversary! Guest guest
Some of the November tapings (not sure how many, as some were tapes and some were TBTV), all of February and about 2 weeks of March were for TBTV. I forget when it was, but at one point, it started repeating. I don't know if they didn't make enough workouts for the 3 months or if enough didn't meet 's tough standards. Sandie, Tae and Bo who really liked TBTV and wishes it could come back, but as a channel for Cable and not as PPV, due to the costs, as she is in an apt and can't have a dish Re: TBTV Advanced 15 > I think was was just too expensive to do more than the 3 month test period > and it didn't catch on enough to continue cuz not enough folks had satelite > dishes or digital cableBarb, I believe they ran out of workouts too.
