Infections can and do make you tired. And you probably WERE tired from the Margarita. I passed out and lost an entire day from a strawberry Daquiri in Las Vegas! I'm 6 months post op with my pannie/hernia repair and have some rather large lumps. He said Time will fix them. BUT the streaks you describe kind of worried me.
