Guest guest
Here is another girl scifi fan. It all started with the star trek classics in the late 70 ies and was followed by captain future, and other shows on tv, reading all the scifi the local library had, beginning age appropriate in the childrens section going on with the Mark s series aimed to youth (I even made time charts, and charts about which ship was in which mission, uncovering discrepancies, the author has embedded). then the short stories anthologies, and when I was done with the kids section (about when I was around 9), I advanced to Lem and Asimov, and the librarian shook her head, asking me, if I read the books, or just check them out to bring them back after three or four days. Then i discovered the Rhodan universe, and am still reading the one or other of the issues, they are going on into 3000 magazines, the series was started in the late 60ies and is going on with a team of authors (I think, one of the old ones is still in, the others have all deceased, starting with Volz who had cancer). Too much Info I guess :-) This is what happens if someone manages to hit one of my special interest hobbies :-) I will stop to bore you all now. nana.
