It's Xylitol in the gum. I would have kept the dog home and feed her treats all

night to keep her blood sugar up and given her the liver medicine, but it was

's gum that he left out and I was afraid she'd die at home and I couldn't

let him see that. Cost me $2500 for 2 days!!! It was worth it though. Gotta

admit - I love that dog too

That's right. . It was Xylitol! Omygosh. . .$2500.00! Then again, I would do

the same. . And might. Gotta do all we can.
