As I've posted recently, our daughter is having problems with throwing up. I've had panic attacks before, and I know what it's like for your mind to wander and race and take off in a direction it shouldn't be going. I found that a little bit of xanax helped calm my mind a lot. So, I was wondering if anyone has had doctors prescribe Ativan or Xanax for OCD anxiety related symptoms. We had it a couple of years ago we used it, but it didn't help really, it just made our dd sleep, but she still refused to go to school (she'd probably would have just fallen asleep in class anyway).
