Just extreme dryness from all of the meds and i have been on plaquenil

in the past, being online and seeing clear spots when on remicade. Now

the eyes don't produce enough tears behind all of that. Agree with

everyone here about getting immediate help. In the meantime, have you

tried calling the ER and speaking to advice nurse or asking if it is

okay to use maybe warm damp towels on the eyes for 10 minutes or maybe

a little longer? Although, very relieved you have someone coming over

to help out. Understand about the special needs child. I had the

same types of problems arising with mine a couple of years ago. Your

life kind of revolves around theirs unless you have loads of help.

You need loads of help anyway, but especially so with RA and its

complications.

Wishing the best outcome with your eyes. Eyes are definitely a must.
