Guest guest
I started my son on Inositol almost immediately upon reading up on OCD and realizing that was what my son had. That was last year, age 7. My son is big for his age at 98 lbs currently. I started him at a 1/4 tsp twice per day and within a few months moved him up to 1/2 tsp twice per day. This is where we currently are and it works wonders for him. He takes no other meds. My son has strickly bad thought OCD. We use the Source Natural brand of Inositol. I use to mix it in OJ but this got to be a battle so now I just dump it on his tongue! I plan to keep him on it forever as I fear if he goes off of it, it may not work the second time. > > > > Thanks > > I thought I would procede the same way, small amt's slowly and then trial and error. It's just good to hear someone else say that's basically how you have to do it. My son has been on zoloft for 6 weeks now and some things have improved, but new things are cropping up. Treatment is slow in starting, I think the psychologist is >
