Hi,

My son was diagnosed with OCD with psychosis when he was almost 5.It was

horrendous. Is your son seeing and hearing things?

If a person w/OCD truly believes that the things they fear are realistic and

will happen, it is called " overvalued ideation. " Don't know if that is what's

going on with your child or not. People with OCD can also have multiple

diagnoses.
