I pray that today finds you in better spirits. One rule of thumb I learned

that was helpful for me. Sometimes we need to take life one day at a time, on

minute at a time. That way it doesn't get so overwhelming

thank you doreen for thinking of mei try to live by

the same rule-live for today i say it all the time to

everyone else but now its just not working-maybe
