puberty

Hi! I have twin daughters who have moderate autism.

One of them is showing signs of starting puberty. I

was wondering if anyone knows of any good books or

techniques to help with the hygiene aspect of puberty.

My daughters have virtually no sense of hygiene at

this point. We're working on teaching clean vs. dirty

and daily living skills involving showering, etc.

Any help will be much appreciated.
