I'm glad to hear that the inositol hasn't caused any sleep problems for your

son. My daughter is already on 1500mg, but she's been taking it all in the

morning. I think dividing the doses may be the way to go. She already has

problems sleeping, so I didn't want to add to that... your post makes me feel

better about having her take some later in the day.

I'm glad it's worked well for your son - I hope we see some consistent

improvement soon.
