Yeast infection on hands???

My friend Peggy has a red rash looking thing on her hands. It is red, itchy

and also oozes in some area but it it clear ooz. She went to the doctor who

sent her to a dermatologist who had no idea what it is. Can it be a yeast

buildup? She also has the rash on her stomach at times. It comes and goes but

this time her hands are really bad. It also is not contagious to anyone else.
