Guest guest
Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the United States Air Force! We are retired Army and use a local Air Force Base to receive dental care for Freddie. It is a privilege to use their clinic. They usually only serve active duty. We were very fortunate the last couple of years.Plus the dentist was getting a little rude, so I am not upset to move on. Now we are using the local MEDICAL clinic. Very nice folks despite the long wait for apts. If the NO doesn't work, we will go back to a surgery suite (I have to laugh as I spelled suite "sweet" in my first post.....good thing I went to college LOL!). We wanted to try the least invasive first then move on if it doesn't work. He's 10 now, it's time to give it a try. ;-) nnaMommy to Freddie 10yrs Hi All! Has anyone's child had dental work/cleaning under Nitrous Oxide? We have never used it. Freddie has historically gone into a surgery sweet under general anesthesia to have all is work done. He is too old for that now. Need to work him towards handling it all without drastic measures! I know about making sure there are no upper respiratory issues going and he does not have AAI going on, but just wondering if there are any other thoughts I am missing? Thanks!! nnaMommy to Freddie 10yrs
