I'm rereading this book as I'm teaching Etel to drink from a cup finally. http://www.talktools.com/nobody-ever-told-me-or-my-mother-that/and it's just wonderful. There is a whole chapter dedicated to Better Breast and Bottle Feeding. Great info for any baby with a feeding difficulty at birth or beyond.
