Yes it is heartbreaking. Lots of oral motor therapy and make sure it's in his IEP when he starts preschool. I started my son in an out of district school to make sure he gets the best therapy I could get for him. Not what I wanted, but it was what he needs. I also take him for private therapy. I have found that since I downloaded ABA Flashcards onto his Itouch, his is imitating a lot more!
