My daughter is 6.5 and has gotten custom orthotics every year for the past 4 years or so. She stopped wearing them about 4 months ago when they were pinching her arch and i (unprofessionally) noticed that she was not pronating and she has a pretty good arch. She also does not complain of any arch pain and she plays special needs sports and typical PE. Now her old PT sent me a message for her yearly fitting because her philosophy is all people with Ds/low tone need orthotics for life. Opinions please. Thanks!
