Guest guest
, Some people have difficulty digesting fats, and that can leads to some of the symptoms you describe. Cod liver oil alone can do this to some people, so the additional fat may have been too much for your body to handle all at once. You might try less of the oil at first and build up or take some digestive enzymes with it and see if that helps. Or substitute the sugar water instead and see if that's better for you. > , > > I took a tablespoon of ex. virgin olive oil today and it certainly did > make me feel fuller. Guest guest
christina that is why I to not be to do that as feel will be to get of the sick to come right back out of me, of course that would be of a quick way to lose of weight quickly LOL but to take of oil and such like that would be to to much sensory wise for me. I to find just plain to drink of bottled water fills me up more if I to drink it wihtin 30 minutes of to eat. it is of a good source of hydrating the body as well as fills the tummy some to confuse the brain. this way one only eats what they should be to eat in right portions because the tummy confused the brain and then the person does to over eat. if I to feel of hungry later I to eat a small healthy snack and drink another bottel water. I to also find if i to drinkteh bottle water my brain does not crave the diet soda and i to be to have of less gas feeling and bloating now. Tonight did go to teh movies and so now am of bloated because of to eat the popcorn and the diet soda. the tummy actually hurts froma too full feeling.
