Some days it burns a lot and some not at all, I'm haven't figured out why. I inject in the back of the arms and the stomach. Good luck with the Kineret. I hope it works for you as well as it did for me. I had a spring loaded tool from the kit to help give me injections. I found that if you just do the injection by hand, it hurts alot less. I started Enbrel this week--the injection wasn't toooo bad--stung quite a bit but I just slowed down the shot and that helped. My leg felt like a horse kicked me for a couple of days. Better today.
