Thanks for the advice, BJ, but my dd is one of those kids that Benadryl tends to

make MORE hyper! :-)

, have you ever tried Benadryl? Josh took that for years before it

finally just stopped working for him and we switched to Melatonin. But, for a

number of years it made him sleepy and helped him sleep. He didn't have any

side effects with the Benadryl. Just thinking it might be worth a try if it

works equally as well with helping her sleep, but without the dreams.
