Guest guest Posted January 6, 2010 Report Share Posted January 6, 2010 My son has been tardy several times this year so the school filled a FINS to take me to court. We went an had to take our other two children. My other son has ADHD/ANXIETY. He has got in trouble for fighting twice at school because he was getting bullied and they talked me into sending him to ALE (alternative learning ed) where deliquients and kids who aren't on their grade level go. I only agreed so he could get away from the principal who stayed on him everyday. He would find something to get onto him about. Playing in the halls between classes and such. Well in court the judge asked me how the other two children were and I was honest. I told her about him going to ALE now and how good he was doing over there after getting away from the middle school. She gave both my boys house arrest!! Didn't even say why. They're good boys, very good boys. Not only did she do that, they can't play their xbox, have their phones or get on the PC. My worry now is, my son who has ADHD/ANXIETY has also been watched for Depression. Now what kind of system do we have for our children who struggle to fit in and get better if they do this to them.
