Guest guest Posted January 11, 2010 Report Share Posted January 11, 2010 My 13 year, diagnosed PANDAS, has had OCD for about 18 months. He is also diagnosed ADHD. He has been on an SSRI and for the past 3 months, Clonozapam. He is also in ERP therapy. About 8 months ago he became agressive and angry at times. He was progressing well with becoming better,and also getting over anger bouts faster and better. He had IVIG therapy 2 months ago and we saw a lot of improvement after that. He has had major set backs in the past and he got discouraged. A set back came 2 days ago and he is angry about it. I was wondering - do you think his agression and anger could have anything to do with the SSRI, currently Luvox 150 mg.? I am going to call his psychiatrist, but last time he had nothing else to suggest. I was wondering if you had any ideas? Should he be on something else rather than an SSRI?
