Anyone ever use the Surround Toothbrush?

It's cool how it surrounds the tooth to clean front, back and biting surfaces all at the same time. The second picture is of 4 Open Wide® Mouth Rests, 1 Surround® Toothbrush and “How to Brush the Teeth of Another Person” DVD. The toothbrushes come in a few different sizes.
