The Health Ministry's regional head Bernardo Martorell says the unidentified man died on Thursday in the southern city of Osorno. He says test results on Sunday confirmed that swine flu was the cause of death. Martorell says the man had a history of respiratory problems. Thirty-seven-year-old plumber Vera became South America's first swine flu death last week when he died near the same Chilean city. The country has confirmed 890 cases of the virus, many times more than any other country on the continent.
